Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details like courier and tracking number. All orders are sent from Oslo, Norway.
The following shipping charges will be added to your order:
Domestic / Norway: 140 NOK
International / Worldwide: 200 NOK
All domestic orders will be delivered within 3-7 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Domestic orders are sent with Posten/Bring and will be delivered to your local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or post when your package is ready to be collected. All orders are fully traceable with provided tracking number.
All international orders will be delivered within 5-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 14 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.

Prices are shown in NOK or USD. When first entering the site you get the option between these currencies. The preferred currency can also be changed later. All prices in NOK include Norwegian VAT of 25%. All international orders sent outside of Norway are shown incl. 25% VAT which will later be deducted at check-out. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges.
Upon delivery of all international orders, the customer is obliged to pay customs, duties and other applicable taxes. Custom regulations vary from country to country, the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, or any other added charges.
Tax-free shopping on tomwoodproject.com is not available. Tom Wood reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
